Booking and chartering conditions
Please read through the following booking and chartering conditions before proceding to our online booking enquiry.
PAYMENTS: 25% is payable when booking and 25% latest 8 weeks before beginning of the Charter. Remaining 50% on embarkation, payable with cash, Traveler Checks, Visa or MasterCard
CANCELLATION: In case of a cancellation we reserve the right to withhold the amounts paid. If the booking can be replaced, we will be able to refund the amounts received, with deduction of a possible price difference and a cancellation fee of € 200.
INSURANCE: All yachts are fully insured against total loss, and third party liability with self-behalf of the amount of the deposit of 1,250 €
DEPOSIT: Payable on spot in cash / Travelers-Checks / Visa / MasterCard. The loss of dingy, outboard motor, are within the self behalf and not covered by the insurance. Crew and personal possessions are not covered by the yachts insurance. We highly recommend taking care for a personal insurance coverage.
The Skipper must be holder of a valid sailing license or provide a proof of his previous sailing experience.
If in our opinion the skipper does not have sufficient experience to safely operate/navigate the yacht that is chartered, we reserve the right to put skipper on board for as long as necessary, at the additional cost.
EQUIPMENT: All yachts are equipped with: Furling Genoa; Dual wheel steering; VHF-Radio, CD Player, additional service battery, electric windlass, refrigerator, cockpit-shower; cockpit-table, GPS with Chart plotter and electronic charts, Bimini, electronic wind speed and autopilot. GSM mobile phone with pay as you go simcard, so you can receive calls from friends and family, during your Charter if needed.
TRANSFER: We will organize your transfer from the airport to the marina and back (DLM-Gocek-DLM only) For this we need at the latest one week before your charter: date and time of arrival, flight number and number of persons. A driver will wait for you at the airport with your name sign and bring you directly to your yacht in the marina. One of our staff will wait for you at the yacht. Every yacht is thoroughly cleaned and checked before each charter. On every yacht you will find a complete inventory list. One of our staff will carefully introduce you to your yacht and give briefing on the boat and the sailing area.
CHECK-IN: is 1500 or later.
CHECK-OUT: is 0900 on the last day.
EXTRAS: Skipper €105 per day. Cruising Chute € 130 per week. One-way fee € 200
